Chocolate Fountains of Nigeria

Rental Contract for Private Events

To reserve the date and time for your special event, a 50% deposit is required, accompanied by a signed contract.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. Accepted payments are cash and check. There is also a payment plan.

Written notification to Chocolate Fountains of Nigeria is required 30 days prior to the event date to receive a partial refund or half of your deposit. After 30 days, your deposit can only be used towards another date within 120 days.

Chocolate Fountains of Nigeria will require the Fountain Station to have a level table capable of holding all items to be consumed.

One half hour prior to the event, the Chocolate Fountain Station will be set-up. One half hour after the event, it will be taken down and the area cleaned.

Two or three table linens, a table, a grounded 220 volt power outlet within 8 feet of the table, and the ability to work freely around the Fountain Station.

The client will accept full responsibility and liability for any damages, injuries, delays, or inability to use the Chocolate Fountain if the above requirements are not met.

Chocolate Fountains of Nigeria will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising during the use of the Chocolate Fountain. In the event of litigation, all parties agree to mediation. The client will indemnify Chocolate Fountains of Nigeria against, and hold Chocolate Fountains of Nigeria harmless from all claims, actions, processing, costs, damages and liabilities, including attorney fees, that may arise out of, be connected with, or resulting from the use of the Chocolate Fountains of Nigeria.

Damage to the Chocolate Fountain is the responsibility of the renter if an attendant is not the employee of the Chocolate Fountains of Nigeria. Repairs or replacement costs will be billed to the renter, and the deposit may be forfeited.

Only the person signing this contract can alter the date and/or times for fountain rental and usage. Chocolate Fountains of Nigeria will make every attempt to provide a fountain on your rental date. However there is no guarantee that without a deposit, a fountain will be secured. There is a fee for extra hours of Rental that is due and payable at the time of the request.

Guest Count:

Rental of the Chocolate Fountain also includes the chocolate. Knowing the guest count is essential to supplying the required quantity of chocolate.

Dipping items are also determined by your guest count. Notifying us with the correct count as soon as possible is greatly appreciated.

If the actual guest count is 10% over the guest count given by the client, additional charges will be added to the client’s bill.

There is no guarantee that extra usage time will be available. I have contracted for

count is 10% over my contracted number, a fee of 10% will be

charged to client.

Booking is confirmed after the contract is signed by Chocolate Fountains of Nigeria and deposit is paid.
